The Importance of Water

Water and its paramount importance.
An extremely serious health problem that is not talked about enough is water.
To stay alive, we have to drink an average of 2 to 2.5 litres of water on average per day. We cannot survive more than 3 days without drinking.
Water is absolutely vital, you can do without food, but without water you risk dehydration and your survival depends on it. This precious liquid is now polluted by intensive cultivation, medicines and many substances from industry..
In our rich and state-of-the-art countries, our leaders cannot find solutions, to access water without poisoning themselves!
This question should be asked by everyone.
Tap or bottled water?
It is certainly difficult to make the right choices as there are many opportunities to make mistakes. It is easier today to choose healthy foods, depending on how they grow or where they come from.
Whether it’s the one that flows from your faucet or the one you buy in the bottle in large areas, mineralized or not, most water poses health risks.
For years this subject has been close to my heart. Searching for information and sorting the real from the fake, took me a long time. And I can say, in all modesty, that I know this subject at my fingertips.
I have decided to share with you the fruits of my research.

Just because water is safe doesn't mean it's safe.
Drinking water is surely the most regulated and monitored consumer product in Europe.
Yet potability standards are often insufficient, not to mention that many municipalities distribute polluted water beyond regulated thresholds to their inhabitants, under the guise of exemptions.
Tap water can be contaminated with many pollutants (pesticides, heavy metals, drug residues).
As for bottled water, you will also see that it is not necessarily a good alternative, not only because of its catastrophic impact on ecology!
In this case, how do you make your choice and know what you’re drinking? Is it possible to find water that would allow us to take care of both our health and the environment, while preserving our budget?
Many of you are wondering, for example, what bottled drinking water, or what filtration systems can be used at home. Some would like to know if there are
Some believe, on the contrary, that there is no problem with tap water.
A friend even said to me:
« The water we drink in Europe is of very good quality! We have to stop scaring people with this!! If you are listened to, you feel that you can no longer drink or eat or risk being sick. »
For many people, it is hard to accept that the water we drink may not be as clean as we think.
I see three reasons for this:
- Water is natural: it is found everywhere in nature (rivers, lakes, rain, glaciers). It is the purest and most natural drink for our health.
- Drinking water is one of the most regulated consumer products and the most monitored in Europe. Tap water undergoes a lot of quality tests on a regular basis.
- I’ve been drinking tap water for years and I’ve never had any problems. And it was the same for my parents and grandparents. No one has ever become ill because of the water.
Because of these three misconceptions, we tend to think that drinking water is the best thing we can do for our health.
It’s quite right in a way, water is the drink to be preferred every day. I recommend of course to drink water rather than sodas, fruit juices, alcohol.
But not all waters are equal.
Most are not as pure as we think (including some bottled water). They can contain many substances that have nothing to do in the water and can harm your health.

Is water really natural?
We idealized water, inspired by our nature walks and advertisements.
We imagine a winding river that winds through a teus forest, cascading between two rocks. Pure, fresh water. In short, water is life in its simplest state.
The reality is not so idyllic, far from it, without wanting to disappoint anyone.
To realize this, you have to look at the water under a microscope, you see that the water is not composed solely of water. In addition to water molecules (H2O), there are many minerals (calcium, potassium, sodium) that water has carried with it during its travels along rivers or in groundwater.
To schematize, it can be said that all the small particles that are in the path of the water will tend to mix with it, or even dissolve it.
This is not a problem when it comes to essential minerals naturally present in the water, it is the quantities that may be a problem.
On the other hand, it is more serious when it comes to toxic substances released by human activity..
However, intensive cultivation, the use of medicines, industrial products, manufacturing materials, dilapidated pipes, all of this releases into groundwater and streams, hundreds of potentially dangerous substances, which will end up in the water we drink every day.
Pesticides, medicines, endocrine disruptors, pathogens, chlorine, aluminum, copper, lead, arsenic, etc.
Tap water can contain many toxics, sometimes tolerated by outdated standards, which I do not think should be allowed.
And eliminating them is sometimes very complicated.

Why don't health standards protect us enough?
As you can see, despite health standards, toxic substances continue to be found in the water, sometimes at very high levels.
There are several reasons for this.
First, the limit rates are mainly used to prevent people from getting sick immediately after drinking water. They guarantee water without infectious germs (bacteria, fungi).
But they do not prevent a gradual accumulation of toxic substances in our body, which, if not make us sick, can promote the development of diseases.
Finally, it is sometimes too complicated for our authorities to supply certain regions with water in accordance with the regulations. Rather than finding cleaner sources, they prefer to make “exceptions,” or worse, revise standards upwards.
As a result, acceptable thresholds change regularly at the discretion of governments.
A way to make drinking water that would have been considered, a few months before, unfit for consumption.
The important thing to remember about these standards is that they are primarily a guarantee that the water is drinkable from a bacterial point of view.
But in my opinion, tap water cannot be considered safely safe to drink. It is almost impossible to find truly “pure” water, except for mountain water.

Why doesn't anyone die because of water?
Why is water never cited as a cause of death?
The standards prevent excessive levels of pollutants that would directly endanger our lives.
On the other hand, small amounts of toxic substances can accumulate in your body for years.
For example, endocrine disruptors do not get sick immediately and their toxicity would not depend on the dose. Extremely low amounts can have as many negative effects, or even higher rates.
The problem is the accumulation of different toxic substances that will interact with each other and can cause, in the long run, health problems, we call it the cocktail effect!
The negative effects can therefore appear in the long term.
It is an insidious and invisible evil, such as air pollution or waves. Water is rarely known to be a direct cause of disease, but it can promote the development of diseases.
Thus, when you find cancer in someone, it is almost impossible to say that it was caused by pollution, because it was done very gradually.
How can I avoid being contaminated?
For my part, after many years of searching for the ideal solution, I finally found. Before that, I had started by removing plastic bottles. Then I invested in a good quality bottle and in activated charcoal filters.
I found out in 2015 about someone who had found the best solution, but the marketing authorizations took time. Finally, since 2020, the biodynamizer is finally marketed to the delight of all those who have been waiting for the solution that will allow them, we only drink water without pesticides, without ogm, without lead, without endocrine disruptors and the list of benefits is long, but also to regain the energy of water in its natural state. I have attached to you in the link a detailed file of this solution that explains the process and how to get it.
I think this solution is the most comprehensive on the market. Having searched for many years, there is nothing equivalent and besides this solution is for the very long term. Click on biodynamizer above, to learn more.
Take care of yourself.
