How soon will I receive my order?

We try to deliver to you as quickly as possible. If your order is placed before 9 p.m., it is generally dispatched the next day if it is a working day.

For quantities of products produced on demand, shipping can take place up to 7 working days after your order.

It then takes 3 to 10 working days for delivery for all of Europe.

In all cases, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package as soon as it is shipped.

I received a notice from La Poste, what can I do?

You have a period of 15 days (10 working days) to collect your package at your post office.

After this time, the package is returned to our warehouses.

Do not panic !

Either send us a small email asking us to resend it, or we will contact you to find out what you want 🙂

If you still have not received your package 7 working days after your order (15 working days for products made to order), here are some tips:

First, check your mailbox. We then invite you to go to your post office with your ID and the tracking number of your package to see if your order is not there. If despite this your package is still desired, do not hesitate and contact us to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

As soon as we receive your bottles of Excellsauce sauce, we recommend that you put them in the refrigerator before opening, the bottles were shaken during transport.

You will find the list of ingredients, the expiry date and the nutritional values ​​indicated on the bottle label.
